# REPIVO

> REPIVO is a gym app with an NFC and QR tag on every machine. A gym puts a REPIVO Tag on each machine it already owns, from any manufacturer. A member taps the phone on the tag (or scans its QR code), the machine opens in the REPIVO app with the weight and reps from the last session, and the member saves the next set in two taps. The gym runs machines, tags, its 2D and 3D floor plan, member reports, announcements and coaches from a web portal. REPIVO works alongside the gym's existing membership, billing and access software; it does not replace it.

- REPIVO Tag on every chosen machine: NFC inlay and QR code with the same address, spare tags included, each tag verified on the machine at installation.
- Member app: scan a machine, see the last session, save the set; history per machine, muscle view, gym map with each machine's location and a route to it.
- Gym portal: register machines by type, draw the floor plan in 2D and 3D, install tags from a phone, download print-ready posters and inserts, read member reports per machine, send announcements to members, add coaches.
- Gym identity: the member app shows the gym's name and look; REPIVO appears on the printed materials that come with the tags.
- Guided setup: the first machines are installed together with the REPIVO team in a 30 to 45 minute video call; REPIVO can also configure the gym remotely or come on site for the launch day.
- Coaches: unlimited and free of charge.

## What REPIVO is not

- Not gym management software: no memberships, billing, class booking or door access control.
- Not tied to an equipment brand and not a hardware sensor: it works on the equipment the gym already has.

## Offer

A 90-day Founding Launch with the tag kit and co-branded materials included, then a monthly subscription. Price depends on the number of connected machines, not on the number of members, in four tiers: up to 40, 41 to 80, 81 to 130 and 131 to 200 machines; above 200 machines by individual offer. The monthly cost is comparable to a few members' memberships. The exact offer follows a 15-minute call about the gym, with no obligation. The subscription can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.
