No. A REPIVO Tag sticks onto the machines you already have.
How long does it take to start?

What does a member see on the map?
Which floor each machine is on and where it stands. The map appears only if the gym publishes it.
How do I add my gym’s coaches?
You invite them by email, from the portal.
Het aanbod en de kosten
Wat kost REPIVO?
Per maand kost het ongeveer evenveel als de abonnementen van enkele leden. Vijf niveaus, afhankelijk van het aantal verbonden machines: tot 40, 41–80, 81–130, 131–160 en 161–200; boven 200 ontvang je een aanbod op maat. Je ziet de exacte prijs in de demo die voor je gym is voorbereid en die je binnen maximaal 24 uur ontvangt, zonder verplichtingen.
Waar verbind ik me toe?
Je begint met een Founding Launch van 90 dagen, inclusief de kit. Als je de offerte accepteert, kies je of het maandabonnement na de 90 dagen automatisch start. Je kunt het op elk moment opzeggen, met ingang van het einde van de betaalde periode, en dan wordt de dienst gedeactiveerd.
Wat zit er in het aanbod?
Tags voor de gekozen apparaten, inclusief reservetags, materialen met beide merken voor de sportschool, het sportschoolportaal, de app voor leden en begeleide installatie op afstand. Extra apparaten en bezoeken ter plaatse bespreken we apart.
Wat gebeurt er na de 90 dagen?
We laten je op basis van geaggregeerde gegevens zien wat we hebben waargenomen, en jij beslist of je doorgaat. Als je stopt, tonen nieuwe scans een neutrale pagina, worden de tags verwijderd en blijft de geschiedenis van elk lid in het eigen account staan.
Het product en je sportschool
Wat is REPIVO?
REPIVO voegt verbonden trainingsregistratie en terugkoppeling toe aan de bestaande apparatuur van je sportschool. Het vervangt niet het systeem voor lidmaatschappen, toegangscontrole of facturering.
Wat ondersteunt de REPIVO-tag?
De REPIVO-tag heeft een QR-code en NFC, allebei met hetzelfde adres. De QR-code werkt op elke telefoon met een camera. We controleren elke tag op het apparaat tijdens de installatie.
Hoe komt de identiteit van de sportschool naar voren?
De app toont de naam en uitstraling van je gym. REPIVO blijft zichtbaar op de posters en het drukwerk dat met de tags wordt geleverd.
Het lid en de gegevens
Wat doet het lid bij het apparaat?
Het lid scant de REPIVO-tag, bekijkt de apparaatinformatie en de laatste relevante sessie en gaat daarna verder met trainen.
Moet het lid een app installeren?
Scannen opent het apparaat ook zonder app: het lid ziet de sportschool en het apparaat en gaat daarna verder in de REPIVO-app om de set op te slaan. Beginnen kan zonder account. Een account wordt nuttig wanneer het lid de geschiedenis op een andere telefoon of in een andere sportschool wil bekijken.
Hoe werkt het melden van problemen?
In de app kiest het lid bij het gescande apparaat wat het heeft gezien: een beschadigde tag, onjuiste informatie, een vastgelopen verstelling of een defect apparaat. De melding komt bij het sportschoolteam terecht, gekoppeld aan het juiste apparaat en de juiste sportschool.
Hoe worden de gegevens gescheiden?
De presentatiewebsite en het demoformulier verzamelen geen trainingsgegevens. De zakelijke gegevens van de sportschool en de productgegevens voor leden blijven in gescheiden gegevensstromen.
